• Insurance industry experience (Guidewire or similar platforms a plus)
• Snaplogic
• Basic SQL or data analysis experience
• Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements
• Facilitate requirement workshops and working sessions
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, process flows, and user stories
• Support backlog creation, refinement, and prioritization in alignment with Agile practices
• Analyze issues, perform root cause analysis, and support solution definition
• Create and maintain documentation including:
Business requirements
Process flows and data mappings
Functional specifications
• Act as a liaison between business and development teams to ensure clear communication and alignment
• Support testing efforts, including validating requirements and assisting with defect triage
