We are seeking a skilled Data Associate to join our team. If you have a passion for helping Democrats win, experience in data or computer science, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
  • Maintaining and cleaning existing relational databases
  • Handling pipelines between multiple data sources
  • Streamlining data cleaning/collection between sources
  • Permissions and IAM handling
  • Communicating updates to internal data projects during company-wide meetings
  • Working with the data team to develop SOPs and other documentation
  • Other responsibilities as assigned
Required Skills
  • A four year degree in computer science, data science, statistics or a comparable field
  • Experience with SQL and Python programming languages
  • Experience with GCP/GCS
  • Experience with Google BigQuery or similar data platforms
  • Experience with dbt
Preferred Skills
Experience with any of the following:
  • Democratic or left-leaning political campaigns/organizations
  • Programming languages such as C++
  • Startup environments
