Job Purpose and Impact

The Associate Professional, Data & Analytics Reporting job collects, processes and analyzes routine datasets to generate actionable insights and builds detailed reports and dashboards using specifics tools. With close supervision, this job assists cross functional teams to support data accuracy and integrity by performing basic data and statistical analysis using various programming languages. This job assists with the effective presentation of data findings to partners to meet business objectives.

Key Accountabilities
  • DATA COLLECTION & ANALYSIS: Collects, processes, prepares, and analyzes routine datasets to extract significant insights and maintain automated reporting systems to streamline data analysis.
  • REPORTING & VISUALIZATION: Supports the implementation of detailed reports and dashboards using various tools, assists the design and completes data visualizations to communicate basic data clearly.
  • STATISTICAL ANALYSIS: Assists with statistical analysis execution to collaborate with the team on trends, patterns, and anomalies identification in data using basic statistical software and programming languages for data manipulation and analysis.
  • PROCESS IMPROVEMENT: Collaborates with the team to improve data collection and reporting processes using standard methodologies for data management and reporting.
  • COLLABORATION: Assists the team with multi-functional teams requirements in support of data needs, value opportunities and delivers solutions to help ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • DATA ANALYSIS: Conducts basic data analyses to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights for decision making.
  • QUALITY ASSURANCE & DATA VALIDATION: Performs routine reports and analyses in support of the accuracy, consistency, and security of data.
Qualifications

No minimum years of relevant experience required. Typically reflects 2 years or more of relevant experience.

Additional information for Applicants based in Minnesota

Minnesota Sick and Safe Leave accruals of one hour for every 30 worked, up to 48 hours per calendar year unless otherwise provided by law.

The expected salary for this position is $60,000 - 85,000. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.
