Job description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Create and maintain material master records, Bills of Material (BOMs), and routing data in the ERP system in accordance with company standards.
  • Review and validate data against engineering drawings and process documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Planning, Production, Costing, and Purchasing to resolve data discrepancies.
  • Support production planning and product costing by maintaining accurate and timely system data.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data accuracy and standardization within Material Data Management processes.
  • Assist with documentation, reporting, and basic data analysis as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
  • ERP system experience preferred; SAP experience a plus.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associate degree (A.A. or A.S.) or Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field preferred; or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
