For more than 20 years, Taghleef Industries, Inc. has built a reputation as one of the world’s largest and most recognized industry leaders in specialty BOPP (Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene) films.

The Product Data Coordinator will play a key role within the Supply Chain. They are responsible for maintaining product specifications and data in SAP and OV. This position will also play a key role in data maintenance and preparation of documentation.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain SAP and OV data as it relates to the product, formulation, specification, and quality.
  • Track the Certificate of Analysis on a daily basis to monitor performance and correct data problems.
  • Establish and maintain data at all levels within our systems – auditing daily for accuracy.
  • Generate and review reports, performance statistics and other metrics and present them to concerns to help facilitate decision making.
  • Provide accurate and timely communication about production shortages or delays.
  • Identify issues that may impact customer satisfaction and engage the appropriate departments within TI to quickly resolve the issues.
  • Partner with dept, manufacturing and IT to achieve a high-level continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Helps identify and prioritize system improvements within SAP (MRP) and Optivision (shop floor).
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in the field of Supply Chain Management, Packaging Technology, or related field is preferred
  • High School diploma with job related experience is required
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel / Access as well as Business Warehouse reporting tools
  • Experience and proficiency in SAP is a must!
  • Strong analytical, systems and numeracy skills with capability to master complexity
  • Demonstrated bias for continuous improvement, problem solving, change management
  • Group collaboration expertise as team member and team leader
  • Strong judgment and decision-making ability
