Job Overview:

We are currently seeking someone with high attention to detail to join our team. As a Data Specialist, you will have various opportunities to contribute to improving our systems & data at the company. The primary responsibilities for this position will be ensuring our systems are accurate, up to date, and are ready for scale. The role also offers the opportunity to build valuable experience at a fast paced, high growth startup during a critical early product development stage.

Responsibilities: 

  • Data Input: Transferring data from paper-based documents or other digital formats into our ERP system.
  • Data Verification: Reviewing and validating data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency with source documents.
  • Data Maintenance: Updating existing records, correcting errors, and ensuring data integrity.
  • Requirement Gathering: Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and document system requirements.
  • System Analysis: Analyze existing data and reporting, identify issues, and propose improvements or new solutions.
  • Testing and Implementation: Test and implement new or updated systems, ensuring they meet requirements and function correctly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree program or greater in Business Administration, or/and Relevant Degree
  • Attention to Detail: Data entry with high attention to detail to minimize errors.
  • Organizational Skills: Keeping data organized and easily accessible.
  • Familiarity with Computer Systems: Proficiency in using databases, spreadsheets, and other data management tools. Preferred ERP system (NetSuite) and Google Sheets.
  • Communication Skills: Effectively communicating with team members to resolve data discrepancies.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Identifying and resolving data inconsistencies.

Pay Rate: $33 - $36/hr
