About the Role

The Data-Systems Integrity & Operations Support Analyst assists core business operations through accurate data management, business system support, tool testing, and cross-functional operational assistance. This role plays an important part in supporting enterprise platforms, operational workflows, reporting processes, and business technology initiatives across the organization.

The analyst will assist with initiatives related to new finance tool implementations, Salesforce audits and updates, HubSpot support activities, reporting maintenance, and ongoing support for various business systems and internal teams. This position provides hands-on exposure to enterprise operations, business systems, data governance, workflow management, and technology-driven process improvement within a professional corporate environment.

This opportunity is designed for an early career individual seeking practical experience in business systems, operations, data analytics, technology support, finance systems, or process improvement. The role offers exposure to modern business tools, operational processes, reporting environments, and enterprise-level collaboration across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

Tool Testing, Automation Support & Process Improvement

  • Assist with implementation activities related to new finance and operational tools

  • Assist in documenting workflows, procedures, and business process standards

  • Participate in testing and implementation of business applications, automation tools, and operational workflows

  • Document testing results, user feedback, system observations, and enhancement

  • Support identification of operational inefficiencies and process improvement opportunities

Data Entry, Data Quality & System Integrity

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry across multiple business systems and platforms

  • Maintain, update, audit, and validate records within systems, including Salesforce, Sage Intacct, HubSpot, and other enterprise tools

  • Support Salesforce audits, cleanup initiatives, system updates, and ongoing data maintenance

  • Identify, research, and resolve data inconsistencies, duplicate records, and reporting discrepancies

  • Assist with maintaining data accuracy, integrity, and governance standards across systems

  • Support internal business teams with data updates, record maintenance, and operational requests

Business & Operations System Support

  • Participate in tool rollout readiness, system enhancement activities, and operational support initiatives

  • Assist with troubleshooting basic system, workflow, and user-related issues

  • Help ensure systems and operational processes align with business needs and organizational standards

Reporting, Analytics & Dashboard Support
