This role requires deep technical fluency across enterprise data infrastructure (AWS Redshift, dbt).
You will independently manage senior executive client relationships leading roadmap conversations, defining KPIs, while delivering structured consulting engagements within data governance and CI/CD constraints.

  • Own the ongoing evolution of enterprise-scale data infrastructure (e.g., AWS Redshift, dbt), ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
  • Set standards for data pipeline development, testing, and documentation across the team.
  • Partner with engineering to ensure architecture decisions align with downstream activation, reporting, and analytics needs.

Strategy & Insight
  • Connect the dots between data, technology, and commercial value, translating technical capability into strategies that drive client growth.
  • Derive clear, actionable insights from complex, cross-channel data to inform client strategy and roadmap priorities.
  • Distill complex analysis into recommendations that balance business impact with delivery feasibility.
  • Partner with clients and internal teams to shape data-driven growth strategies, not just technical solutions.

Client Leadership & Consulting Delivery

  • Run roadmap conversations, define and track KPIs, and lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with minimal oversight.
  • Translate business and technical challenges into clear recommendations and delivery plans.

  • Lead a cross-functional team spanning multiple offices and time zones.
  • Set team structure, priorities, and performance standards; mentor and develop direct reports and their teams.

Required
  • Proven experience (5+ years) owning enterprise-scale data infrastructure (e.g., AWS Redshift, dbt) and data modeling for real-time activation use cases.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a senior executive client relationship independently, including roadmap conversations, KPI definition, and QBRs.
  • Experience leading a sizeable cross-functional team across multiple offices and time zones.
  • Experience with structured consulting or project delivery within data governance and CI/CD constraints.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling and cloud data warehouses.
