Job description

The Data Warehouse Implementation Associate Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all phases of client onboarding and data implementation for WTW's Analytic Solutions Core offering (ACT Core solution). Acting as the central coordinator, this role facilitates communication and collaboration between WTW Client Service Teams (CSTs), clients, Cedar Gate/Data Warehouse Vendor (DWV), and carriers/data sources. Ensures the accurate and timely completion of intake steps, contracting documents, data requests, and validation activities. This individual must possess strong project management skills, a comprehensive understanding of employer healthcare plans, and fluency in data structures and account hierarchies to effectively guide clients from eligibility confirmation through ACT platform go-live. 

Success in this position is measured by the quality and timeliness of implementations, which directly impact analytics delivery and client satisfaction. Key requirements include expertise in employer health plans, spanning eligibility, medical and pharmacy claims, and healthcare plan management components-as well as experience working with account structures, hierarchies, and levels of aggregation.

The Role

The Implementation Manager for the ACT Core solution is responsible for leading and coordinating all phases of client onboarding and data implementation for WTW's Analytic Solutions Core offering. This role serves as the central point of coordination between WTW Client Service Teams (CSTs), clients, Cedar Gate/Data Warehouse Vendor (DWV), and carriers/data sources.

The Implementation Manager ensures all intake steps, contracting documents, data requests, and validation activities are completed accurately and on schedule. This person must bring strong project management capability, a deep understanding of employer healthcare plans, and fluency in data structures and account hierarchies to guide clients from eligibility confirmation through ACT platform golive.

This role is essential in ensuring highquality, timely implementations that enable strong analytics delivery and ongoing client satisfaction. 

  • Strong understanding of employer health plans, including eligibility, medical and pharmacy claims, and healthcare plan management components.
  • Experience working with account structures, hierarchies, and levels of aggregation.
  • Comfortable interpreting data files, data quality reports, and validation outputs. 
  • Ability to manage and oversee negotiations of legal agreement requirements [Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA), PHI forms, Data releases] with clients, carriers, and vendor partners.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts or healthcare analytics platforms (Cedar Gate experience is a strong plus).
  • 3-7+ years of experience managing complex implementations, ideally in health & benefits, data analytics, or vendor onboarding, ideally gained in a benefit consulting/brokerage firm, commercial data warehouse company or reporting function of an insurance company
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple teams, clients, WTW, Client Service teams, carriers, and technical vendors.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a strong ability to track parallel workflows and dependencies.
  • Skilled in managing deadlines, anticipating risks, and driving issues to resolution.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Ability to guide clients and internal partners through detailed processes and requirements.
  • Strong relationshipbuilding skills, with a serviceoriented mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail and high accountability for accuracy in documentation and datarelated processes.
  • Ability to work independently while also serving as a crossfunctional integrator.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Power BI
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably with significant quantitative coursework 
  • State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining 


Compensation and Benefits


Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).

Compensation 

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 USD annually.

This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
