The Order Entry Representative is responsible for efficiently processing a medium volume of orders received through online platforms, phone, email, and fax. This role requires frequent communication with customers to ensure accurate order placement and resolution of any issues. Utilizing RFMS software, the representative will manage inventory, generate invoices, and maintain detailed records to support smooth order fulfillment.
Responsibilities
- Process online, phone, email, and fax orders using RFMS
- Enter order data accurately and maintain records
- Communicate directly with customers to confirm orders and resolve problems
- Manage inventory levels to support order fulfillment
- Generate and manage invoices accurately
- Maintain order-related documentation and records
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in order processing
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with order management systems, especially RFMS
- Strong data accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Effective time management abilities
