The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly analytical and tech-driven Sales Technology & Frontline Support Analyst to support the systems, tools, and operational processes that power frontline sales execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex operational challenges, and is passionate about improving the user experience through technology and process optimization.

As a key partner between frontline teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams, you will play a critical role in ensuring system reliability, reporting accuracy, operational continuity, and continuous improvement across multiple sales platforms and mobile applications.

Your Impact
  • Support and sustain frontline sales platforms and mobile applications including XPC, SalesPro (iPad), WTD, Signature Service, SellMax, OMS, and SFOD.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve SPA Box tickets to ensure timely issue resolution and minimize operational disruptions for frontline users.
  • Maintain and optimize reporting platforms such as SellMax, ensuring reporting accuracy, data integrity, and alignment with business needs.
  • Lead sustainment activities and follow‑up action plans related to XPC 2.0 Smart Execution initiatives.
  • Provide operational and technical support for Sales+FI / SalesPro Mobile solutions for both frontline teams and executive users.
  • Manage system configurations and operational processes within XPC and SFOD, including flavor and IRI uploads to support accurate data flow and reporting capabilities.
  • Participate in Azure DevOps activities, including agile ceremonies, user story creation, feature enhancement requests, and delivery support.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with business, operations, and technical teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and enhanced system performance.
  • Ensure operational compliance, platform stability, and data accuracy across all supported systems and reporting tools.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, process simplification, and elevating the frontline user experience.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • English proficiency to provide support to USA teams.
  • Data analytics knowledge and tools such as Excel, Power BI reports.
  • At least 2 years of experience supporting sales technology platforms, reporting systems, mobile applications, or frontline operational tools.
  • Familiarity with ticket management processes, user support, and operational troubleshooting.
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps is preferred.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
  • Experience with reporting tools, sales enablement technologies, or mobile sales applications is a plus.
  • Detail‑oriented, intellectually curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Strong collaboration and storytelling skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to business users.
  • Self‑starter mindset with the confidence to ask questions, challenge processes, and drive improvements.
