Job description

How We Work

Corpay is currently looking to hire an Accounts Payable Outsourcing & Client Support Associate. This position falls under our Corpay Cross Border line of business and is located in Pennsylvania. In this role, you will be responsible for providing Invoice Management services while serving as a primary point of contact for clients to resolve all daily account issues. The successful candidate will serve as an extension of our clients’ Accounts Payable departments and must be flexible while demonstrating a willingness to “own the process” in delivering customized AP solutions, foreign payment expertise, and exceptional client support. You will report directly to Manager AP and regularly collaborate with Accounts Payable departments.

As an Accounts Payable Outsourcing & Client Support Associate, you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Learning and understanding Invoice Automation Solutions offered for each client on a customized basis
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing client needs and facilitating both invoices and file exchange
  • Executing a range of AP and payment-related functions at the direction of clients
  • Communicating clearly and professionally with coworkers, supervisors, and clients
  • Completing data entry from international invoices, ensuring accurate and concise data policies for micro-hedging
  • Complying with all applicable policies, standards, guidelines, compliance, and controls
  • Performing additional duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications & Skills

  • Microsoft Office experience (required)
  • General computer literacy and touch-typing skills (required)
  • Previous client service experience (strongly preferred)
  • Previous data entry experience in an office setting (preferred, not required)
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately with minimal supervision
  • Organized and able to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

The disclosed range has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic markets. At Corpay it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. The estimate of the minimum and maximum hourly range is $19-20.
