Job description

Endries is looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our growing team! The primary job of a Warehouse Associate is to ensure our shipments are accurately counted and out the door to our customers on time! We're looking for individuals that would love to help us serve our customers in a multitude of ways: kitting, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control/cycle counting, and/or forklift driving. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the efficient movement of products throughout the warehouse to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and on time. This role supports receiving, order fulfillment, shipping, inventory control, and other warehouse operations while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Warehouse Associates will have the opportunity to cross-train in multiple functional areas to expand their skills and support operational needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming products.
  • Pick, pack, verify, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Process customer orders according to specifications while ensuring shipment accuracy.
  • Use Radio Frequency (RF) scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Meet established performance metrics related to safety, quality, productivity, customer service, and on-time delivery.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  • Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Support multiple warehouse functions through cross-training and perform work in various warehouse areas as required.
  • Report to work as scheduled and maintain reliable attendance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
