Contract Type: W2/C2C
Duration: 6+ months
Location: Mountain View, CA
Pay Range: $45 - $50 per hour
Job Summary:
This role supports Human Factors research for consumer hardware/audio devices by meticulously collecting and organizing user interaction data.
The ideal candidate will facilitate usability studies, interviews, and device testing while ensuring data accuracy and maintaining professional integrity.
This position is crucial for providing foundational user insights within a dynamic research environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct data collection for Human Factors and usability studies.
  • Coordinate participants, surveys, interviews, and testing sessions.
  • Collect, organize, and document research data.
  • Collaborate with researchers and cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain data confidentiality and professional standards.
  • Experience in data collection for research studies.
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities.
  • High attention to detail and integrity.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Exposure to Human Factors, UX Research, Ergonomics, Psychology, or related fields
  • Experience with consumer electronics or audio devices is a plus
