Job description

Key Responsibilities
  • Support daily station operations, including improving delivery efficiency, optimizing workflows, and assisting with basic logistics tasks such as parcel sorting and unloading
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth and efficient operations
  • Participate in cross-functional learning and gain exposure to different areas of the business
  • Work closely with regional leadership and department heads to understand business operations and management practices
  • Collaborate with team members to support business expansion initiatives, including new city launches and relocation assignments as needed

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields preferred
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese (spoken and written); Spanish is a plus
  • Strong adaptability to fast-paced, high-pressure work environments
  • Excellent execution skills, problem-solving ability, and sense of responsibility
