This role can be based either in Sligo or Longford (Ireland), Wiesbaden (Germany), or the US (Dallas or Illinois).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owns digital initiative prioritization, backlog management, and value realization
  • Coordinates delivery across data, automation, analytics, and business stakeholders
  • Ensures solutions are adopted, measured, and iterated based on realized value
  • Acts as the single point of accountability for digital outcomes (not just execution)
  • Defines and governs KPIs, metrics, and data definitions to ensure consistency and comparability across locations
  • Understands the evolving data architecture requirements and builds tools which are aligned

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (full credits)
  • Clear demonstrated leadership in operations or project management in medical technology environment (advantageous) - at least +5 years
  • Managerial experience or project management experience in a fast-moving manufacturing environment (medical tech environment is an advantage)
  • Knowledge of automation, data architecture, operation technology, analytics, and AI
  • Demonstrated completion of technology implementation
