Operations Analyst

Operations Analyst

Microscreen, LLC

South Bend, IN โ€ข On-site

Full-time

Posted 25 days ago

Job description

Description:

This is a fast-track operations role, not a traditional analyst desk job.

Microscreen is a precision manufacturer of expendable printing tooling for the electronics industry โ€” and weโ€™re in the middle of explosive growth (10-30x and accelerating). We need a sharp, high-energy person to own operational workflows, drive cross-functional projects, and help scale the company from the inside.

If youโ€™re a recent graduate whoโ€™s ambitious, adaptable, and wants hands-on experience running real business operations โ€” this is the role.

You wonโ€™t spend your time in spreadsheets alone. Youโ€™ll sit at the center of our operation โ€” supporting executive decision-making, managing critical projects across engineering, sales, and operations, driving data analysis that shapes strategy, and building systems that help the company scale faster. Youโ€™ll get direct mentorship from the CEO from day one, exposure to every function of the business, and a real path to a leadership role as we grow.

โ€ข Project management: coordinate and drive initiatives across engineering, operations, sales, and purchasing to completion

โ€ข Process improvement: review workflows and procedures to identify bottlenecks and recommend operational enhancements

โ€ข Sales and outreach support: help cultivate client relationships, track business development activity, and support marketing efforts

โ€ข Data and reporting: compile, analyze, and present data from across the business to support strategic decisions, board meetings, and quarterly reviews

โ€ข New site planning and research: assist with planning, research, and paperwork required for setting up new operational sites, including international locations

โ€ข Financial documentation: help prepare financial packages and supporting materials for lender submissions

โ€ข Systems and logistics: vendor management, supply ordering, records management, and operational coordination

Requirements:

โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree (Business Administration, Operations, Accounting, or related field)

โ€ข Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities

โ€ข Excellent communicator โ€” written and verbal

โ€ข Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

โ€ข Self-starter who takes initiative without waiting to be told what to do

โ€ข Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where no two days look the same

โ€ข High integrity and discretion โ€” youโ€™ll handle confidential business information regularly

Willing to occasionally travel for trade shows and customer/vendor meetings
