Description

Project Controls Scheduler with expertise in Primavera P6, responsible for building and managing integrated project schedules, performing critical path and risk analysis, and providing data-driven insights to support complex utility and infrastructure programs. Acts as a key liaison between stakeholders, ensuring alignment across engineering, construction, and executive teams while driving project delivery and performance.

Develop and maintain integrated master schedules (IMS) in Primavera P6

Build schedules from scratch based on scope, engineering, and construction inputs

Perform critical path analysis, schedule risk assessment, and forecasting

Conduct time impact analysis (TIA) and evaluate schedule changes

Manage schedule baselines, updates, and variance analysis

Support earned value management (EVM) and progress reporting

Prepare and present monthly schedule reports, including delays, risks, and recovery plans

Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineering, and Construction teams for schedule alignment

Identify schedule risks and recommend mitigation strategies

Ensure adherence to project controls standards and governance

Coordinates and participates in the planning of campus-wide events held on campus and other locations in the community. Coordinates with vendors, campus community, and key stakeholders regarding all logistical needs for events. Trains, assigns duties and provides lead oversight for special projects under the direction of the Associate Director of Talent Acquisition and COO. Performs administrative and technical support responsibilities for the Vice President's Office encompassing full range of complex, specialized, sensitive and highly confidential responsibilities. Prepares reports, memorandum and correspondence; and files confidential documentation. Leads and oversees training to temporary staff and student assistants. Other duties as assigned.
