Job Description
We are seeking an entry-level Business Intelligence Analyst to join our BI team, with a focus on analytics engineering, AI enablement and reporting. This role centers on building and maintaining data models and dashboards that power insights across the organization.
You'll partner with stakeholders across teams to translate data into scalable data models and clear, actionable reporting. This is a strong fit for someone early in their career with a drive to develop both technical and business-facing analytics skills, with meaningful ownership from the start.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
  • Support analytics requests across multiple business areas (e.g., Product, Sales, Customer Success)
  • Exploring datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities - not just fulfill defined reporting requests
  • Contributing to and learning from the Business Intelligence team's analytics development ecosystem
  • Building and maintaining data models and dashboards to support business decision-making

In Business Intelligence, we are looking for candidates with:
  • Foundational experience with SQL and data analysis
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI preferred, but not required)
  • Curiosity about data and a desire to understand the "why" behind trends and patterns
  • Ability to explore datasets and draw basic insights, with guidance as needed
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality
  • Comfort working with some ambiguity and asking questions to clarify business needs
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to present data and insights in a clear and structured way (written or visual)

Preferred:
  • Exposure to data modeling concepts (experience with dbt is a plus)
  • Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses
  • Exposure to Python or interest in using AI-assisted tools to improve workflows (preferred, not required)
  • Familiarity with the U.S. education system or edtech space

Qualifications
For this role, you should have:
  • 0-2 years of experience in data analytics, BI, or a related field (including internships, academic projects, or bootcamps)
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent practical experience)

Additional Information
All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
Salary Range: $70,000-$80,000 This range is based on national market data and may vary by experience and location.
