Role Overview
LaunchEd partners with schools to identify, evaluate, and implement innovative programs and technologies that improve teaching, learning, and school operations. As an Implementation Specialist, you'll play a key role in turning those innovations into successful, sustainable practices across a network of schools.
You'll lead end-to-end implementation of RDI initiatives-from rollout planning and professional learning to stakeholder support, adoption monitoring, and continuous improvement. Working closely with school leaders, teachers, internal teams, and technology partners, you'll ensure new programs are implemented effectively and deliver measurable impact in classrooms.

Key Responsibilities
Implementation Planning & Rollout
• Own and lead the full implementation lifecycle for RDI initiatives-including platforms, programs, pilots, and innovations across active and future CSUSA school campuses

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in one or more of the following:
