Job Summary:

The Data Analyst, BuzzBallz leverages data and analytics to improve demand forecasting, inventory management, and overall supply chain performance, transforming complex operational data into actionable insights.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain supply chain analytics and reporting, utilizing Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and Global Analytics tools to provide visibility into key business and operational metrics.
• Support advanced analytics initiatives, including predictive modeling, AI-enabled decision support, and forward-looking insights that improve demand forecasting and supply planning.
• Analyze inventory performance and supply chain KPIs, identifying opportunities to optimize working capital, improve inventory turnover, reduce obsolescence risk, and mitigate operational risks.
• Drive data quality and governance, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across ERP systems, planning platforms, and reporting tools while improving master data management practices.
• Partner on strategic supply chain and continuous improvement initiatives, delivering actionable insights that enhance service levels, operational efficiency, and overall business performance.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, data analytics, business analytics, industrial engineering, statistics, economics, computer science, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in supply chain analytics, operations analytics, business intelligence, or data science.
• Experience analyzing supply chain, logistics, production, or inventory data.
Preferred:
