Job description

LMR Technical Group (LMR) is seeking a Data Analyst / Programmer to join our team.
Location: Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia
Job Description:
The data analyst/programmer will design, build, and maintain custom software and data analytics tools in support of human performance insights. As a hybrid data analyst and programmer, you'll help drive mission readiness through innovation in analytics, dashboards, and system automation for a program called Optimizing the Human Weapon System (OHWS).
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Build and manage OHWS-specific software and data pipelines.
  • Create dashboards, reports, and visualization tools.
  • Collaborate with human performance teams to analyze and apply findings.
  • Support tech troubleshooting and user training.
  • Align development with cybersecurity protocols.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years' experience in data mining and 4+ years' experience in data analytics roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite of applications as well as enterprise communication tools.
  • Must meet minimum requirements of DoDM 8140.03 Role 422 (Intermediate Level).

  • Must be a United States citizen to obtain a Secret security clearance.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
