Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst with strong expertise in BI reporting, data analysis, ETL development, and SQL. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Tableau, SSRS, SQL Server, and ETL processes, along with functional domain expertise in healthcare and state program benefits. The selected candidate will analyze client data, support reporting solutions, work across OLTP and OLAP environments, and provide end-to-end ownership of report-based releases.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform data analysis using SSRS, SSMS, Tableau, and related data analysis tools
• Design, develop, and maintain BI reports based on business and functional requirements
• Develop and optimize SQL scripts for data analysis and reporting
• Work on ETL processes supporting OLTP to OLAP data environments
• Analyze data and identify trends, issues, inconsistencies, and business insights
• Support the development of analytical modules and reporting solutions
• Design and deliver report-based releases with end-to-end ownership
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand reporting requirements
• Participate in functional requirements discussions and reporting solution design
• Support release management activities and ensure timely delivery of reporting solutions
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues and provide root cause analysis
Required Skills:
• Strong experience as a Data Analyst in BI reporting environments
• Hands-on Tableau development experience
• Strong experience with SSRS development and reporting
• Experience with ETL development and architecture
• Strong SQL script design and development skills
• Experience working with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)
• Experience working with OLTP and OLAP database environments
