Job Summary
We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Resort Data Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team. In this role, you will transform raw data from guest bookings, point-of-sale systems, and operational metrics into actionable business strategies. Your analysis will directly influence our pricing models, labor efficiency, operations, and overall guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate bridges the gap between technical data engineering and executive decision-making.
Core Responsibilities
- Performance Metrics : Track, analyze, and report on core hospitality metrics, including Occupancy rates, Average Daily Rate (ADR), RevPAR, and TrevPAR.
