We're a lean, tight-knit team of DAS specialists doing nationally-significant work designing, constructing, and commissioning in-building systems that power real connectivity. DAS Technology Services is a rapidly growing national firm specializing in in-building Distributed Antenna Systems from design and construction through commissioning, monitoring, and long-term maintenance. Our clients include industry leaders like T-Mobile and Verizon. We're not a giant corporation; we're a small, talented team where every person's work is visible, valued, and consequential.

Our mission is simple: deliver extraordinary wireless infrastructure with uncompromising quality and a client-first mindset. When you join DAS Technology Services, you're not a headcount you're part of something being built.

Maintain meticulous project documentation, tracking, and closeout records

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - THE FOUR THINGS THAT MATTER MOST

Deep DAS expertise

You know iDAS construction methods cold. RF sweep, OTDR, PIM testing aren't just acronyms to you.

Ownership mentality

You see problems before they become problems. You don't wait to be told, you act and inform.

Client obsession

You understand that how you communicate and show up on site is as important as the technical result.

Standards-driven

NESC, NEC, and OSHA aren't checklists to you they're the floor, not the ceiling.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

Required: 2+ years of direct DAS construction management experience

Required: Strong working knowledge of DAS technology, RF principles, and wireless communication systems
