Das Tech information

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Das Tech, and why are they important?

I'm sorry, but 'Das Tech' is not recognized as a real-world professional occupation. Please provide a valid job title for an accurate response.

How does a DAS Technician typically collaborate with other professionals on large-scale projects?

A DAS Technician often works closely with project managers, RF engineers, and installation teams to ensure distributed antenna systems are installed and configured correctly. Collaboration is key, as technicians must coordinate site surveys, equipment installation, and system testing to meet project timelines and quality standards. Effective communication with other trades and stakeholders helps address challenges, such as integrating DAS with existing infrastructure or troubleshooting signal issues. This teamwork not only ensures successful project delivery but also provides valuable learning opportunities and exposure to different aspects of the wireless communications industry.

What are Das Tech jobs?

DAS TECHNOLOGY SERVICES NATIONAL FULL-TIME

Are You Ready to Build the Networks That Keep the World Connected?

We're a lean, tight-knit team of DAS specialists doing nationally-significant work designing, constructing, and commissioning in-building systems that power real connectivity. We don't hire often, and when we do, we hire for keeps. This is a rare seat at the table for someone who takes genuine pride in the craft.

Travel Required. In-Building DAS Small Team Culture

Do you take real pride in knowing a project was done right รขโ‚ฌโ€ not just done?

Do you thrive when clients trust you completely because you've earned it?

Are you energized by owning a project end-to-end, not just your slice of it?

ABOUT US

DAS Technology Services is a rapidly growing national firm specializing in in-building Distributed Antenna Systems from design and construction through commissioning, monitoring, and long-term maintenance. Our clients include industry leaders like T-Mobile and Verizon. We're not a giant corporation; we're a small, talented team where every person's work is visible, valued, and consequential.

Our mission is simple: deliver extraordinary wireless infrastructure with uncompromising quality and a client-first mindset. When you join DAS Technology Services, you're not a headcount you're part of something being built.

OUR CORE VALUES

Quality without compromise

We take pride in work that speaks for itself. Every installation reflects our name.

Customer-centric always

We exist to solve client problems. Their success is our success, full stop.

We stay ahead of the technology so our clients never have to worry about it.

Collaboration & trust

Small team means high trust. We back each other up and communicate openly.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

As our Senior DAS Construction Manager, you'll lead the full lifecycle of DAS construction projects nationwide from the first bid walk to final closeout. You'll be the person on the ground and at the table, the one clients and contractors rely on to keep things moving and keep quality high.

Develop bid packages and Levels of Effort (LOE) for DAS construction projects; lead vendor selection and contractor negotiations

Oversee and personally perform DAS installation conduit and fiber routing, equipment mounting, grounding, and antenna placement

Provide field direction to general contractors and subcontractors across civil and infrastructure work

Lead site visits through every project phase: bid walks, pre-construction meetings, progress inspections, and closeout

Identify and resolve on-site issues in real time to protect timelines, budgets, and client confidence

Serve as the on-site Safety and Quality Assurance representative รขโ‚ฌโ€ the standard-bearer for how our work looks and performs

Maintain meticulous project documentation, tracking, and closeout records

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - THE FOUR THINGS THAT MATTER MOST

Deep DAS expertise

You know iDAS construction methods cold. RF sweep, OTDR, PIM testing aren't just acronyms to you.

Ownership mentality

You see problems before they become problems. You don't wait to be told, you act and inform.

Client obsession

You understand that how you communicate and show up on site is as important as the technical result.

Standards-driven

NESC, NEC, and OSHA aren't checklists to you they're the floor, not the ceiling.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

Required: 2+ years of direct DAS construction management experience

Required: Strong working knowledge of DAS technology, RF principles, and wireless communication systems

Required: Familiarity with NESC, NEC, and OSHA standards

Preferred: Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Telecommunications

We recruit locally and nationally, at every level, without discrimination based on race, color, religion, age, national origin, gender, or disability.

If this sounds like your kind of work, let's talk.

We read every application. Tell us about a project you're proud of and why.
