Job description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with expertise in permitting processes and a strong understanding of life safety Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) and Cellular DAS systems. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for DAS and Cellular DAS installations.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.

Permitting and Compliance:
  • Navigate local, state, and federal permitting processes to secure necessary approvals for projects.
  • Ensure all projects comply with relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Communication and Stakeholder Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues.

Technical Knowledge:
  • Utilize knowledge of life safety systems and DAS technology to inform project decisions and strategies.
  • Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to ensure system designs meet safety and performance standards.

Risk Management:
