Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Works in an international environment for global client.
  • Design and layout of various design and print materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, newsletters, advertisements, OOH, POS materials, and other marketing collaterals
  • Prepare files for printing according to technical specifications.
  • Work on adaptations, locations according to the master materials. 
  • Develop adaptation concepts of projects based on the received brief 
  • Develop localization of projects based on adaptation/ benchmark from the received brief 
  • Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity. 
  • Collaborate with other team members to understand design and print requirements and objectives. 
  • Stay up-to-date with DTP trends, software updates, and industry best practices. 
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. 
  • Advising a team of DTP Designers responsible for working on a specific brand & market demand. 
  • Checking the quality of their work.
  • Developing their skills, supervising projects.
  • Design print materials for various platforms and formats.
  • Assures the quality and visual consistency of the projects.
Qualifications
  • Min. 5 years' experience as a DTP Designer or in a similar role.
  • Showcasing a portfolio of relevant design. 
  • Showcasing a print portfolio required.
  • Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign - advanced; Photoshop and Illustrator - intermediate; Acrobat for PDF preflight and file verification).
  • Knowledge of additional design tools is an advantage.
  • Proficiency at working with Adobe Acrobat Pro (dealing with PDF).
  • Nice to have a knowledge of Jira, Workfront, Miro.  
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, photo manipulation and composition principles. 
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. 
  • Knowledge of print production processes and ability to set up files for print. 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey design concepts and collaborate with team members and clients. 
  • Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines. 
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and client feedback. 
  • Good command of English in writing and speaking. 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
