About the Opportunity

We are seeking two driven and results-oriented Regional Sales Managers to lead territory growth across the U.S. market for a well-established food manufacturing organization specializing in dairy-based products. This is a high-impact role focused on expanding market share, strengthening distributor relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Prospect and acquire new clients within grocery retail, distribution, and food service channels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distributors
  • Conduct product presentations and negotiate contracts
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product availability

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in regional or territory sales within food manufacturing or food distribution
  • Strong track record of prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals
  • Experience working with grocery retail chains and distributors
