Sembi is seeking a VP of Marketing to elevate Sembi’s marketing organization into a unified engine across our entire portfolio taking pipeline, brand leadership, and market expansion to the next level.  Sembi is a high organic growth business and this role will enable growth acceleration through optimized demand generation and clear competitive differentiation. This role will lead and develop the global marketing organization including brand awareness, demand generation, product marketing, content, partner marketing, events, digital marketing, and communications directly influencing corporate strategy and results.

  • AI Execution:  Leverage AI technologies to improve marketing effectiveness, personalization, content creation, and operational efficiency
     

Sembi IQ & AI
 

  • Sembi IQ Launch:  Drive the launch of our new Sembi IQ brand & disruptive technology positioned to optimize the AI SDLC being rapidly adopted across the industry
  • AI Thought Leadership:  Position Sembi as a leading voice in AI-powered software quality and AI SDLC governance
     

Sembi Portfolio Management

  • Platform Strategy: Develop portfolio level positioning and messaging that strengthens the Sembi platform while maximizing the growth of individual brands
  • Category Leadership: Establish Sembi as a recognized leader in software quality, security and AI across customers, analysts, partners, and industry influencers
  • Platform Growth: Develop and execute the marketing strategy across the portfolio to accelerate ARR growth and strengthen market position
  • Thought Leadership: Drive content programs that support awareness, SEO, executive engagement, and conversion
     

Product Marketing

  • Market Definition:  Own market segmentation, ICP definition, buyer personas, messaging, and value proposition development
  • Competitive Advantage: Lead market research, competitive analysis, and ICP development
  • Launch Excellence: Lead product marketing strategy across the portfolio including execution of product launches and releases
  • Product Pricing:  Guide market expansion, pricing and packaging input, and category strategy in partnership with Product and Sales leadership
     

Revenue Growth

  • Revenue Intelligence: Own marketing sourced and influenced pipeline and build scalable frameworks that measure, forecast, and report on marketing’s impact on revenue with demonstrable ROI
  • Pipeline Expansion: Lead multi-channel demand generation across content, digital, events, partnerships, and product-led growth
  • Partner Ecosystem Growth: Execute a partner marketing strategy that enables partners to grow pipeline, accelerate sales cycles, and expand revenue
  • Customer Expansion: Collaborate with Customer Success on lifecycle marketing, retention, advocacy, and expansion initiatives in particular across our Enterprise segment
     

What We're Looking For

  • Executive Experience: 10+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, including leadership at the Senior Director level or above
  • Cross-Functional Influence: Experience partnering closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and RevOps teams
  • Scaling Success: Track record of hiring, developing, and leading high-performing marketing talent
  • Growth Expertise: Deep expertise in demand generation, content marketing, ABM, and enterprise go-to-market strategies
  • Analytical Rigor: Strong understanding of attribution, pipeline management, and revenue operations
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in developer tools, DevOps, software testing, cybersecurity, or related technical markets is highly desirable
  • Platform Experience: Familiarity with multi-product or platform businesses is preferred
