JOB SUMMARY
The Program Coordinator position will model the Netrio mission, vision, and values each day, functioning as a guide for daily accountabilities and responsibilities. The Cybersecurity Program Coordinator will help support the Netrio PMO in planning, monitoring, controlling, executing, and closing high-visibility projects and events in a highly expansive and aggressive growing firm.
The Program Coordinator will possess a high degree of personal accountability, impeccable communication skills, and the ability to wrangle an excitable team. The position will work with cross-vertical teams. Innate characteristics must include attention to detail, quest for clarity, the ability to see the big picture within all the moving parts, and the gift to make things easier not harder.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support Netrio Program Managers to develop and present detailed project plans, charting deliverables and milestones for projects.
• Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, risks, and budget.
• Update project plans to reflect progress.
• Attend and document project meetings.
• Create and maintain risk registers.
• Coordinate scheduling of internal resources, subcontractors and third parties/vendors.
• Manage expectations and be able to say "no."
• Schedule and conduct project status meetings on regular intervals.
• Report project status to team, stakeholders, customers, and leadership team.
• Coordinate resource availability and allocation with resource planners.
• Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

• Working knowledge of IT Security Consulting and/or IT Service industry.
