Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Deputy Program Manager to perform overall management of the Muscatatuck Training Center, including directing all contractor/subcontractor personnel and performance reporting..
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Perform overall management of the Contractor effort, including directing all Contractor/subcontractor personnel and performance reporting.
  • The Program Manager will conduct tours and briefings for senior state and national-level leaders.
  • The Program Manager will represent the Program at various national level working groups and planning conferences.
  • Conduct high-level engagements at the Joint Staff, Department of Army, National Guard Bureau and Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) levels.
  • Oversees establishment of Project Execution Plan, Health and Safety Plan, Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan, and other documents as required.
  • Establishes the program requirements for all areas of the project, and monitors the draft and final deliverables for adherence to these criteria.
  • Assigns responsibility for executing project plans to key subordinates after careful assessment of how to utilize their qualifications and strengths.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:
  • The PM shall posess a Masters degree (in desired field) or equivalent experience and minimum 10 yr. experience in Program Management or SR level DoD experience or Defense Industry Civilian Professional working with SR level DoD personnel.
  • The Program Manager candidate shall be a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Program Management Professional (PgMP), or possessing Level III Program Management Certification from the Defense Acquisition University
  • Security Clearance: Must have an active Top Secret (TS) with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility.
  • Documented record of increasing management responsibilities with a firm technical foundation in all areas relating to enterprise level technology management.
  • Minimum 2yrs of experience managing Cyber range or IT/OT technology program.
  • The Contractor PM shall be knowledgeable with all associated platform support and hardware of the MuTC - Cyber Program.

Security Clearance Requirement:
An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position.
