Job description

ResponsibilitiesOverview:

Peraton is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a large, mission-critical contract supporting U.S. Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM). This program provides full-spectrum all-source intelligence analysis, fusion, and mission planning support enabling cyberspace operations across all domains. The Program Manager will oversee contract execution, workforce management, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure successful delivery of intelligence support and analytical services for the defense of the Department of Defense Information Network (DoDIN) and USCYBERCOM missions worldwide.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide executive leadership and day-to-day program management of approximately 100 cleared professionals supporting the J2 and DIA mission.
  • Manage all program operations, including task order planning, staffing, performance, and risk management.
  • Oversee delivery of analytical products and ensure alignment with USCYBERCOM priorities, performance metrics, and mission outcomes.
  • Engage routinely with Government stakeholders across J2, J3, and partner organizations, to include DIA and the entire Intel Community (IC) to ensure integrated support and operational transparency.
  • Lead program reviews, contract deliverables, and continuous improvement initiatives to meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Manage surge requirements and coordinate with subcontractors and functional leads to sustain analytical and mission readiness.
  • Support workforce development through mentorship, training, and succession planning aligned to Peraton's and USCYBERCOM's and DIA's strategic goals.
QualificationsBasic Qualifications:  LU
  • 12 years of experience, may have supervisory or management experience
  • PMP Certification (required)
  • Previous USCYBERCOM and / or DIA experience or equivalent Joint/Combatant Command-level intelligence experience
  • Demonstrated experience with the Cyberspace Joint Operation Planning Process (CJOPP)and the Defense Intelligence Analysis Program (DIAP)
  • Executive leadership and program management experience leading complex, multi-functional teams
  • Force development experience
  • Experience providing intelligence support to cyberspace operations (CO)
  • Background in training, workforce development, and mission enablement
  • Proven record of collaboration and communication with senior DoD, Intelligence Community, and interagency stakeholders
  • Active TS/SCI with Poly
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting or leading large, enterprise-level intelligence contracts within the DoD or IC
  • Knowledge of USCYBERCOM, DIA, DoDIN operations, and Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment (JIPOE)
  • Familiarity with ITIL or Agile-based program execution models
  • Prior experience supporting HUMINT, CI, or JIOC or large DIA missions
  • Master's degree in Intelligence Studies, National Security, Cyber Operations, or a related discipline

Target Salary Range$146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
