Global Incident Response Business Development Leader

The Opportunity:

Serve astheGlobalBusiness Development Leader for Booz Allen's commercial incident response (IR) business and define and executethegrowthstrategy for Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR)in the U.S. and European markets. Collaborate with IR, sales, and cyber leadership, and develop and drive a comprehensive business development strategy focused on accelerating revenue growth, expanding Booz Allen's IR retainer portfolio, increasing incident volume, and building a diversified pipeline across Big Law, cyber insurance, strategic partners, and direct enterprise relationshipswith our IR retainer.Lead anddevelopaglobalteam of business development, relationship, and channel managers responsible for growing Booz Allen's presence across the cyber incident ecosystem. Establish clear priorities, account strategies, performance expectations, and operating rhythms while creating a culture focused on converting relationships into retainers, referrals, pipelines, incident engagements, and revenue.Position Booz Allen as a preferred IR provider before incidents occur, and a trusted first call during significant cyber crises.

You Have:

  • 10+ years of experience in business development, sales leadership, strategic partnerships, cybersecurity, IR, cyber insurance, or legal services
  • Experience leading and developing business development, sales, relationship management, or channel teamsacross U.S. andEuropean markets
  • Experience building and executing growth strategies that generate meaningful pipeline and revenue
  • Experience developing senior relationships across enterprise cybersecurity, Big Law, cyber insurance, strategic partnerships, or IR
  • Experience building new markets, channels, partnerships, or business lines
  • Experience managing pipeline targets, forecasts, account strategies, and performance expectations
  • Knowledge of the cyber incident lifecycle and commercial ecosystem surrounding significant cyber incidents
  • Ability to convert executive relationships into measurable commercial outcomes
  • Ability tooperateeffectively across complex,matrixedorganizations and collaborate with sales, technical, and executive leadership
  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience working with Big Law, cyber insurance, enterprise cybersecurity, and the broader IR ecosystemacross senior executive levels
  • Experience growing an IR retainer or recurring cybersecurity services business
  • Experience within a leading IR or cybersecurity firm, breach response or privacy law firm, cyber insurer or broker, cybersecurity technology company, or adjacent professional services organization

  • Experience developing strategic partnerships that generate IR opportunities

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $162,800.00 to $303,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
