Contracts Manager, Lead
The Opportunity:
As a contract manager, you use your sharp negotiation tactics and talent for organization to help manage critical documents. We need you to bring your advanced contract management expertise to our Integrated Cyber team, where you'll be a trusted advisor and a valuable team member who finds creative solutions to complex problems for an advanced technology company.
As a contract manager on our team, you will support all phases of the acquisition life cycle where your expertise in contracts management will serve as the catalyst to identify, manage, and mitigate risk. Your knowledge will be applied to strategic discussions for future contract opportunities and competitive proposals, analysis of solicitations and teaming agreements, negotiation, and contract management. This is an exceptional opportunity where you will become a true business partner with a direct line to the account leadership as decisions are made. In addition, you will work closely with your teammates on the Integrated Cyber Contracts Team with opportunities to mentor and guide staff.

You Have:
  • Experience in contract administration, negotiations, and proposal preparation
  • Experience with different contract types, including Cost Plus, Fixed Price, Time and Materials, Level of Effort, or Award or Incentive Fee contracts
  • Experience in negotiating contracts with industry partners, including non-disclosure and teaming agreements
  • Knowledge of contract concepts and contract acquisition law and regulations
  • Ability to support complex contract activity, including development of specialized contract vehicles and techniques to accomplish business goals and objectives
  • Ability to use independent judgment and creativity to resolve contractual issues
  • Ability to develop customer relationships with internal and external customers
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with Other Transaction Agreement (OTA) or Commercial Solutions Openings (CSO)
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • NCMA Professional Certification, including CPCM, CFCM, or CCCM Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
