Job description

Clear Ridge Defense is seeking TS/SCI cleared professionals to serve as Cyber Enabled Information operators in Fort Meade, MD
We are looking for talented professionals with a minimum five years' experience who possess the knowledge and skills necessary to execute prioritized cyber-based activity in Fort Meade, MD. Knowledge and experience are broad and should include as much of the following as possible: Military Planning & Cyberspace Operations, Information Operations, Social Engineering, Social Media Marketing and Engagement, Military Information Support Operations, Counter-Intelligence, Linguistics, and digital advertising.
This position will participate in the hands-on development and delivery of content and products in the information environment. The right candidate will possess an advanced understanding of multiple social media platforms. This candidate will be skilled at measures used to identify, assess, and mitigate vulnerabilities and risk.
The position also takes part in staff support functions and reporting on a periodic and ad hoc basis to include tracking and reporting cyber task orders, and provision of feasibility of support products. The right candidate thrives in unique and challenging opportunities and excels in a mission-driven, fast-paced environment.
Positions available range from junior to senior level cyber information operators.
Required Qualifications:
  • TS/SCI + CI Polygraph
  • US Citizen
  • Experience in cyberspace operations
  • Specialized background in at least one of the following: military planning of cyberspace operations, information operations (IO), social engineering, social media marketing and engagement, military information support operations (MISO), counter-intelligence (CI), linguistics, and/or AdTech

CRD fully supports Maryland's Equal Pay for Equal Work - Wage Range Transparency law, which mandates employers to provide detailed wage and benefits information in all job postings. The salary range for this position is:
$108,000 - $163,000 / year
Salary ranges provided are subject to the following variables and circumstances, which may impact whether the actual paid salary falls within the range:
  • The contract the employee is assigned to support. For example, this advertised position may support multiple contracts.
  • The negotiated rates between CRD and our client.
  • The option year of the contract the employee is assigned to.
  • Annual performance of the employee and/or the company.
  • If the employee takes on additional company responsibilities.
  • If the company makes a strategic hiring decision (e.g., investment in the employee) for growth opportunities.
  • If the employee does not meet the qualifications fully but a waiver is provided by CRD or our clients.
  • If the employee is assigned a lower-level labor category due to external circumstances than they actually qualify for.
