A Cx Engineer, or Commissioning Engineer, is a professional responsible for ensuring that building systems—such as HVAC, electrical, and plumbing—are designed, installed, tested, and functioning according to project requirements. They oversee the commissioning process, which involves verifying and documenting that building systems perform efficiently and as intended. Cx Engineers collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and facility managers to deliver quality assurance and optimal building performance. How does a CX engineer typically interact with project stakeholders during the commissioning process?

Cx Engineers, or Commissioning Engineers, regularly collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders including design teams, contractors, facility managers, and clients to ensure building systems are installed and operate according to the owner's requirements.
