Position Summary

The Dedicated Communications Account Manager role manages the promotional strategy, marketing and communications development for a large national Plan Sponsor.

This includes working closely with the Account Executives and client to develop an annual promotional strategy that aligns with the client's specific population, needs and desires, as well as integrate with their overall communications strategy.

Additionally, this person identifies all the unique channels each client has for communications opportunities to include in the promotional plan. They also connect with other contacts from the Plan Sponsor such as resource group contacts and Wellness Champions to develop a cohesive and collaborated release process and ensure the content is reaching all employees. They meet with client vendor contacts and other medical leads to learn more about programs and services available to the client's population and ensures there is a robust communications strategy around the mental well-being communications.

This person will help to write and develop content specific to the client's needs, which includes clinical topics, such as depression, anxiety, stress, substance use, suicide, mental health awareness, diversity, and more.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Strategically reach employees with targeted comm materials based on client needs
  • Partner with client vendors to plan, create and integrate information and services throughout multiple communication channels for select partners by producing:
    • Vendor ecards
    • Flyers
    • Monthly promotions and service blurbs
    • Website copy
  • Work closely with client's Operation team to create tailored monthly communications in the following channels:
    • Awareness topics toolkits. Examples include: Women Veterans, Men's health, Mindfulness, Mind-Body Connection, Overdose Awareness, Substance Use, BIPOC, Domestic violence, Suicide prevention, etc.
    • Manager/HR Internal newsletter - Mg/HR topics and services
    • Ad Hoc request for HR/MGR to help support managers
  • Work closely with the client-specific teams and resource groups to create tailored communication in multiple channels, such as:
    • Promotional materials
    • Events
    • Internal channels to promote services
    • Mental health awareness topics
    • Service tiles
    • Resource Guides
    • Flyers
    • Targeted promotions for employees for benefits and services
  • Develop standard monthly communication
    • Monthly toolkit ecard, hard copy flyer and website materials
  • Develop benefit fair materials
  • Annually review and propose material and content updates
    • Annual Calendar
    • Toolkit template
    • Messaging
    • Lanyard cards
    • Promo materials and giveaways
    • Service sheets
    • Brochure
    • Ad hoc promotions
  • Presents content and materials to client in working sessions
  • Develop custom content for urgent and crisis related needs
    • Tight turnaround of same day or 1-2 days
    • Facilitating translations of materials, as needed
    • Working with the other operations teams to develop custom local resources
  • Present strategy and content in on-going calls, both internally and externally
  • Attends onsite client meetings/events as requested
    • Annual reviews

  • Collaborates with the overall engagement team to ideate new content materials that will benefit and meet the Plan Sponsor's needs

Required Qualifications
3-5 years Marketing experience

3-5 years strategic planning and execution

Strong writing experience

Organizational experience required

Attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

Clinical license (LCP, LCSW, CMHC, MHC, etc.)

Aetna/CVS Brand training - design and copywriting

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$54,300.00 - $159,120.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
