About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customs Brokerage Support to join our growing team in Doral, FL. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone interested in building a career in customs brokerage, logistics, or international trade.

In this role, you will provide administrative and customer support to the Customs Brokerage team while learning the import clearance process from start to finish. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, energetic, and eager to grow within the industry.

ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Customer Support
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Maintain organized records, filing systems, and data entry tasks
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries promptly
  • Support daily office operations and administrative functions
  • Assist with tracking shipment status and maintaining proper documentation
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
What You'll Learn
  • Review import documentation to ensure compliance requirements are met
  • Request missing documentation from importers, freight forwarders, steamship lines, or airlines
  • Assist with preparing customs entries for clearance and delivery
