The company is a third-party logistics provider offering freight, transportation, and related support services across North America.

The company supports customers through a broad transportation network and helps improve shipping efficiency, service, and cost management.

ROLE PURPOSE

The Customs Brokerage Manager leads daily customs brokerage operations and ensures timely, accurate, and compliant import and export filings for customers.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage daily import and export customs operations in coordination with related teams.
  • Ensure compliance with customs regulations, documentation requirements, and entry accuracy.
  • Resolve issues with customers and customs authorities, including ISF and entry matters.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and maintain compliance with trade requirements.
  • Support client relationships, department performance, budgeting, and process improvement.
  • Train team members, maintain SOPs and KPIs, and support business growth as needed.

Physical Demands and Work Environment Statement

This role is based in a standard office environment. It may require sitting for extended periods, occasional walking and reaching, light lifting up to 10 pounds, and the ability to read, communicate clearly, and perform basic calculations in English.

Travel: Up to 10% travel may be required.
