Aristocrat Interactive is looking for a full-time Customer Service Agent to join our top-tier team. As a Customer Service Agent, you will have a key role in supporting our players and ensuring they have a seamless gaming experience. What You'll Do

  • Provide information and process inquiries about accounts, products, and services.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to computer, tablet, and cell phone applications.

  • Handle inbound calls, real-time chat, emails, and make outgoing calls.

  • Communicate special marketing offers to VIP customers.

  • Offer feedback on service failures or customer feedback.

  • Uphold customer confidentiality and promote what we value.

  • Stay updated on protocols and work towards set goals and targets of 70 contacts daily.

  • Maintain all SLAs for chats and phone call inquiries in under 45 seconds.

What We're Looking For

  • 0-2 years of inbound/support call center experience preferred.

  • At least 21 years old with a High School diploma or equivalent experience; some college preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule with reliable internet and pass an internet speed test.

  • Able to travel to the office for at least 50% of scheduled shifts.

  • Must be camera-ready while working.

  • Advanced knowledge of computers and Windows Office Programs, able to type at least 90 wpm.

  • Experienced with troubleshooting computers, smartphones, and tablets.

  • Strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.

  • Diligent with strong grammatical and typing/data entry skills.

  • Able to work independently with initiative and discretion.

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining high customer service.

  • Organized with excellent time-management skills.

  • Previous technical support experience is an asset.

Pay Range

$18.00 - $24.70 per hour

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
