The Business Development Representative for our Datech Solutions Organization plays a critical role in driving new sales prospecting, client outreach, and business development for long-tail accounts through proactive engagement and collaboration with partners. This position focuses on renewal management, nurturing customer relationships, and leveraging internal data insights to improve customer experience and business outcomes.

What You'll Do:
  • New Sales Prospecting: Proactively identifies and develops new business opportunities by researching target accounts, generating qualified leads, and conducting outbound client outreach.
  • Customer Nurturing: Engages potential customers through calls, emails, and partner collaboration to build pipeline, qualify opportunities, and support overall business development growth.
  • Partner Enablement: Collaborate with distributor partners to streamline renewal workflows and provide guidance for customer success strategies.
  • Internal Data Research: Analyze customer usage data, renewal trends, and account health metrics to identify risks and opportunities for upselling or cross-sell.
  • Customer Education & Adoption: Share best practices, training resources, and product updates to drive increased adoption and utilization.

  • Customer Value Realization: Ensure customers understand and leverage product capabilities.
  • Adoption Growth: Drive increased usage and engagement through proactive outreach.
  • Partner Collaboration: Enable partners with tools and insights for effective customer success.

What We're Looking For:
  • 3+ years in Customer Success, Renewals, or Account Management (preferably in SaaS or CAD industry).
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and generating actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently with attention to detail.
  • Collaborative approach to working with partners and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and other ERP.
