Location: Plano, TX

Duration: 12 months (08/03/2026 โ€“ 07/30/2027)

Pay Range: $26/hr. on W2


Job Description:

Provide day-to-day technical guidance and customer success support to enterprise customers implementing cloud security and Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) solutions across the LATAM region.

Work closely with Customer Success, Engineering, Product, and Security teams to support solution deployments, troubleshoot networking and security issues, accelerate product adoption, and ensure customers achieve their security and business objectives. Assist customers with cloud security integrations, governance best practices, and technical strategy while serving as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.

This role supports a fast-paced cybersecurity environment focused on enterprise networking, cloud security, customer success, and technical consulting. The ideal candidate will be highly technical, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities while working with cross-functional teams.


Job Functions:

  • Serve as the primary technical contact for enterprise customers throughout implementation, deployment, and adoption of SASE solutions.
  • Guide customers through cloud security integrations and best practices for networking and security operations.
  • Troubleshoot complex networking, authentication, and cloud security issues while coordinating resolutions with engineering teams.
  • Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders, including security architects, infrastructure teams, and executive leadership.
  • Identify technical risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and support customers in achieving their business and security objectives.
  • Advocate for customer needs by providing product feedback and contributing to continuous service improvements.
  • Conduct technical reviews, customer workshops, onboarding sessions, and business review meetings.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer environments, technical issues, and implementation progress.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Account teams to ensure successful customer outcomes.
  • Support occasional travel within the LATAM region and provide after-hours technical assistance when required.


Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong networking and cybersecurity knowledge, including routing, firewalls, VPNs, TCP/IP, SSL/IPSEC, and authentication protocols.
  • Understanding of SASE architecture and cloud security technologies.
  • Experience with Linux administration; Bash and Python scripting are a plus.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong customer-facing communication and consulting skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and executive audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.


Experience:

3โ€“5+ years of professional experience in customer success engineering, technical support, network engineering, cybersecurity, cloud networking, or related technical roles supporting enterprise customers.
