Job description

We are currently seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team! You will be responsible for servicing client questions and account needs.


Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer calls to answer questions regarding, billing, sales, renewals, account information, etc.
  • Perform outbound customer calls to verify customer satisfaction and provide top of line customer service.
  • Handle customer complaints and guide towards correct department and resolutions.
  • Provide in depth information about services offered.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve account issues and customer concerns.
  • Document and update customer records on Salesforce system and Excel.
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.


​Requirements:

  • 2-3 experience in customer service, support, call center support, administrative or related field.
  • Ability to professionally build rapport with clients.
  • Must be able to work in a team oriented environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
