Your schedule: You will work full-time during our business hours, which are from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday. We may ask you to work occasional weekends on Saturdays, and you will be notified of any additional hours or changes to your schedule. Please note that the schedule is subject to change based on seasonal demands.


YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - CSR

As a Customer Service Representative, you will re-engage existing customers and develop new business connections. Utilizing our ServiceTitan database, you'll focus on reintroducing services to valued clients through personalized outreach and managing outbound calls based on customer needs. Your day will involve upselling services, scheduling follow-ups, and maintaining accurate customer information. Instead of traditional cold-calling, you'll build genuine relationships, addressing questions to foster loyalty. Staying informed about industry trends and our latest offerings will enable you to communicate effectively.

Do You Have What It Takes?

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of phone sales and customer service experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency with CRM software
  • Geographic knowledge of the service area and the ability to read maps

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the HVAC industry
  • Experience using ServiceTitan or similar CRM systems
