About the Role

Sseeking a Customer Service Representative to support the Radiology Diagnostic Clerical team. This role is responsible for assisting patients and staff with scheduling, inquiries, and administrative support while ensuring a positive experience for all patients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and staff.

  • Handle scheduling, phone calls, and general inquiries in a professional manner.

  • Support radiology and diagnostic services with clerical and administrative tasks.

  • Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish with patients and staff.

  • Maintain accurate records and follow hospital policies and procedures.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (medical office setting preferred).

  • Bilingual โ€“ Spanish/English required.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Any combination of 3 years (36 months) of the following:

    • Customer service, public relations, office administration, business/financial operations, healthcare administration, or related experience.

    • OR equivalent college coursework in business administration, communications, public relations, or related fields (30 semester hours = 1 year).

  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
