Customer Service Representative
One of our growing manufacturing clients in Addison IL, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual looking to gain experience in a professional setting.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using Salesforce and SAP
- Maintain and update customer records with attention to detail
- Troubleshoot customer concerns and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing clear and effective communication
- Support additional administrative and customer service-related tasks as needed
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Familiarity with Salesforce and SAP (preferred, but training can be provided)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Pay + Benefits:
- Compensation: $18-22/hr
