Customer Service Representative (Insurance)

This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity for an experienced and professional insurance CSR.

Responsibilities:
  • Service existing insurance clients with professionalism and accuracy
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
  • Run insurance quotes and work with underwriters
  • Provide policy information, updates, and support
  • Deliver strong customer service while maintaining attention to detail
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of customer service experience
  • Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (required)
  • Prior experience servicing insurance clients
  • Comfortable running quotes and communicating with underwriters
  • Strong phone etiquette; polished, professional, and customer-focused
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently
Schedule:
  • Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay:
  • $25/hour
