Position Summary:
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for customers by providing prompt, professional, and effective customer service. This role supports daily operations by processing customer orders, managing inventory transactions, coordinating shipments, and maintaining communication between customers and warehouse personnel to ensure customer satisfaction.
