Job description

IMMEDIATE job opportunity for a driven individual who has a proven track record of performance and desire to work for a well-established organization. We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative for a company specializes in next-day less-than-truckload (LTL) delivery services throughout Southern California located in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.

Key Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer emails in a professional and timely manner
• Schedule delivery appointments and coordinate customer requests
• Enter and update shipment information in our operating systems
• Communicate shipment status updates to customers and internal teams
• Process proofs of delivery (PODs) and maintain accurate records
• Assist with dispatch-related administrative tasks
• Monitor customer accounts and provide proactive communication regarding service issues or delays
• Support warehouse, dispatch, and operations teams as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in transportation, logistics, or distribution
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and general computer applications
• Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude

Client is looking for someone who is dependable, customer-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Compensation: $22 - $24/hr. DOE
