Job description

IT Support TechnicianOverview

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to provide centralized technical support for end users across a dynamic enterprise environment. This role serves as a primary point of contact for technical assistance, delivering both remote and onsite support for computing devices, software applications, and related technology services.

The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting abilities, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, ticketing systems, and walk-up interactions.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and telecommunication-related issues.
  • Respond to and process service requests while ensuring timely resolution and customer communication.
  • Configure, deploy, image, and install computers and related equipment.
  • Manage hardware inventory, asset tracking, equipment ordering, and deployment activities.
  • Support desktop and laptop operating systems, productivity applications, and standard enterprise technology solutions.
  • Assist users with account access, software functionality, and general technical inquiries.
  • Escalate complex issues when necessary and collaborate with other IT teams to achieve resolution.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, requests, and solutions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and technical support to end users.

Pay and Benefits
